Soymilk
The soy milk is a beverage made of soy, very famous in asia. In the west instead is a key component for certain diets, such as the one vegetarian, for people intolerant to milk protein and lactose.
In addition to soybeans, soy milk fat are around 2%, protein around 3,5%, carbohydrates around 3%.
In asia is often eaten with the bread or other typical local foods, or can be produce as a special type of ice cream, ice lollies, or even cheese such as tofu.
Production
The soy milk is produced throughout the world. It is produced using dried soybeans, which is the immersed in water for a time variable, on average about 4/5 hours. This rehydrataten soybeans is the minced with special techniques, adding water if the final consistency is too solid. Generally, the relationship between water and soybeans should be a part of soybean and ten parts of water.
Once this compound is obtained, heats it up to take to around 100 centigrade degrees, turnign this way certain chemical compounds as important nutritional values. After the compund is boiling, in some case prolonged for about 10 minutes, it proceeds to eliminate a residual fixed, said pulp through a simple filtration of the compound.
From the health's point of view
We can combine the soy milk to cow's milk. Why then prefer soy milk to cow milk? Some diets do, and the main reasons are as follows:

- Absence of casein.
- Increase in lecithin and Vitamin E.
There's something else to say, that several studies has been made, and some have brought to the fore some things that are good to know, such as:
- The soymilk contains phytic acid, which prevents the absorption of minerals.
- The soymilk can cause thyroid disorders, in the event of heavy consumption.
- The soymilk can cause breast cancer in women, if consumed in a consisten way.
